Orders, payment and shipping
At this time we can ship your order to any address within the United States, Hawaii or Alaska. We regret that we are unable to accept orders for shipment to international addresses or to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories..
Shipping method and times
For standard shipping, orders placed by 12 Noon PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days, using the US Postal Service Priority Mail, for an expected total delivery time of 3-7 business days.
Express shipments will also ship within 2-3 business days from our warehouse, but will be shipped with FedEx overnight service, for a total delivery time of 3-4 business days. We will do our best to accommodate extremely urgent/rush orders, in this case please call our customer service line (510) 846-7565 to make special arrangements.
Alaska and Hawaii: Please add 2-4 days for shipment.
You will be notified promptly by email of any delays in shipping. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are based on your total order amount before sales tax and promotional discounts, per shipping address. To determine the shipping cost for your order, please refer to the chart below.

Out of Stock Policy
In the unfortunate event that your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately upon receipt of order. We will inform you via e-mail of shipping schedule and give you the option of reaffirming or cancelling your order.
Gift wrap

Security of credit card information
We use industry-standard SSL encryption to transmit credit card information securely. SSL allows our server to automatically establish a secure connection with your Web browser. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is scrambled, transmitted across the Internet, and then decoded when it gets to us.
Returns
Return Policy
We want every single customer to be delighted with their purchase. To this end, we have customer service representatives available M-F 9am-5pm PST to answer any questions you may have about TrafficGlam products and policies. Please email us at info@trafficglam.com or call us at (510) 846-7565. If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, you can return the item within 60 days for a full refund or exchange (less shipping costs). Call us at (510) 846-7565 for a return authorization number, send us back your item(s) and we will process your return, including credit for return shipping cost. After 60 days we regret that no returns can be accepted.
To make a return or exchange simply call our Customer Service department within the 60-day guarantee period to obtain a return transaction number. Your return must be accompanied by the receipt and must include your return transaction number. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns must be well-packed and insured for the full price of the item. We recommend the return be sent via traceable method. Please ship all return items to the following address:
After our 60 day guarantee period your return will be for store credit only. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges.
Damaged shipments
In the unlikely and unfortunate event that our shipment is damaged en route to you, please call us within three days of receipt of damaged merchandise at (510) 846-7565 and we will process a claim and/or replacement with the carrier. Please retain all packing materials and the damaged item until further notice.
